An enquiry may include your name, organisation, work email, optional telephone number, organisation type, approximate learner volume, areas of interest and message. Do not submit learner records or special-category personal data through the marketing form.
The hosting service creates access records containing request time, page, IP address, browser identifier, response status and referrer for security and reliability. Eligible public-page events are also summarised without a visitor tracking script: the reporting record uses a one-way pseudonymous key and retains route, time, broad device and browser category, referrer category and supplied campaign parameters. It does not retain the raw IP address or complete browser identifier.
Enquiry information is used to respond, arrange demonstrations, understand requirements and take steps requested before a possible business contract. Relevant records may also be retained for legitimate interests in business administration, service improvement, fraud prevention and website security, balanced against individual rights.
Authorised personnel and necessary hosting, email or professional service providers may process limited information for the stated purposes. If a provider processes information outside the UK, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards should be used where required.
Enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably required for the conversation, related business records, legal obligations or the establishment and defence of claims. Privacy-minimised analytics history has a 400-day retention limit enforced during reporting capture; underlying hosting security logs may follow the host's operational retention schedule.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Contact app@trainingcorelab.co.uk first if you would like us to address a concern.
This notice may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes should be reflected on this page with a revised review date.
